About Celia Montano

I’m Celia Montano — co-founder and CEO of Montano Real Estate, proud wife, mom to three incredible daughters, and a firm believer that success is sweeter when shared with family and community.

My journey in real estate began in May 2019, alongside my husband and business partner, Diego. He’s a dedicated law enforcement officer by day, and together, we’ve built Montano Real Estate into a trusted name in Fort Worth and beyond. Our mission is simple: to help families and business owners find the right space to grow, invest, and thrive.

As a bilingual advocate for Hispanic entrepreneurs, I’m passionate about creating opportunities and guiding clients through the complexities of commercial real estate. Whether it's crafting market strategies, negotiating deals, or delivering community-focused reports, I bring precision and heart to every project.

But my proudest role? Mom to three future powerhouses:

• Rocio (15, soon to be 16!) — our pole vaulting and swimming star, chasing scholarship dreams with a champion’s mindset and a custom training playbook we built together.

• Isabella (12) — our mini mogul, running her own mini cake bakery and proving that entrepreneurial spirit starts early.

• Carolina (10) — our All-Star cheerleader, flipping with fearless energy and lighting up every competition she enters.

Life in our family is a beautiful blend of business meetings, sports competitions, and bakery tastings — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
